So my whole class have been writing stories… And this is mine! Enjoy!!!!

The hot sun covered the Hollywood studio. It was Sunday afternoon, filming ‘The Apple pye’, where the crew just couldn’t keep it together. The studio was a huge room and had a lot of space, along with recording cameras, makeup supplies, tables and computers. 

“And at that moment she died.”

“CUT!” The producer yelled. His screams were so loud you could almost hear the birds flying off the roof of the studio. 

“What?”

“This isn’t supposed to be a horror movie!” The producer said.

“Then why is she dead?” The narrator asked.

The actress sat up, looking a little annoyed.

 “I’m not!”  She looked up at the ceiling, then rapidly looked down, squinting. The lights were bright in the studio. Occasionally this came in handy for lighting, but it hurt your eyes if you dared to look up.

This wasn’t on purpose. The filming crew hired people to make the lights brighter, but they had brought the wrong light bulbs.

“She’s supposed to be unconscious,” The producer said.

“Oh.” The narrator put his coffee down.

“Scarlett, we’re refilming,” The producer said.

“I thought her name was Emily,” The narrator said.

“No, her real name is Scarlett Johansson.”

“Wait, you mean that actress?” The narrator looked confused. He stared at her, trying to recognize her face.

“Yeah. That’s her,” The producer said.

“Boy, you guys gotta stop applying so much makeup. That looks nothing like her.” He turned to the makeup artist. 

One of them adjusted themselves, looking a little guilty.

“Whatever,” the producer said. 

“Let’s just film it again.”

“Wait, what am i supposed to say? She fell on her bed?” The narrator asked.

“Sure.” By now the producer was so annoyed he wasn’t ready to argue with anyone. 

“Do whatever you want. Okay…Action!” He clicked the record button which was impossible to find, because it was black, like the rest of the camera, and he usually missed it like 40% of the time.

“And at that moment…She fell onto her bed… and was never heard of again…”

“Wait, what?” the actress said again.

“CUT! Can’t you guys just keep it together for two seconds?! We are literally just recording a ten second scene!”

“Ya, I agree. Filming Avengers was easier. Although Chris Evans was having a  hard time keeping his suit on, so that made it harder. Wait, was Chris Evans even IN avengers? It may have been another actor. They do that all the time.” She let out a little chuckle and positioned herself back.

“Scarlett, what’s your point here? Okay, whatever, we’re filming and no distractions this time!” The producer said, trying to hide his anger. ‘Whatever’ was one of his favourite things to say.

They finally ALMOST got the scene… Until… The actress sat up.

“Or, wait maybe it was like Tony Stark or something. What’s his name? Iron man? It’s like Downey Jr. Robert? Or Jr. Robert Downey?”

Now, the producer just quit.

“Alright,” the narrator said. “Guess I’ll have to be the producer. So maybe you could just die and I say ‘He had warned her about the book but now it was too late’, Or something like that.”

“Alright, I quit,” Scarlett said.

“Wait,” He screamed after her, “Can I get a signature from Stan Lee? Julia Roberts? Anyone really!”

“Uuch!”

“Okay, but is it true that Black Widow died in Avengers Endgame?” He asked, but now Scarlette was already in the grey hallways.

“Shut up!” The actress stopped to get coffee from the Tim Hortins beside the room they were filming, and then left.

Well, i guess this isn’t going to be a movie after a-

Crash! At that moment the whole studio was destroyed by a dinosaur.

Today, I will be talking about innovation day. So, if you don’t know what innovation day is, it is basically a project kind of like the STEAM fair. It’s a science project. Me and my friend, Callie are doing a project on wind energy. We had to make a play structure more fun, but only using wind energy (environmentally friendly energy) such as wind or solar energy. The way we are adding wind energy in is by putting in a wind turbine connected to an air conditioner that’s in a little room for the parents to sit while looking at their kids playing. there will be lots of windows so that it will be safe for the kids while playing and the parents won’t be bored/cold/hot while waiting for their kids.

okay, so I have been blogging for a pretty long time now. So if we look at this blog, and then we look at this blog, 

There is a small difference. My writing has improved, I am using better words and you can tell I have a little bit more experience. So my writing HAS improved. I started blogging In grade 4 and I am in grade 5, right now. So it hasn’t been a LONG time since I wrote my first blog, but it’s been some time. FUN FACT: My first blog was actually my speech, from grade 4, and, SPOILER ALERT: It was about my rhythmic gymnastics story. As you may know, I LOVE contortion. If you read that blog, you will get to know ALL of my annoying, weird and fun journey.

So, in conclusion… I write better than last year.

So, last week a scientist came in and we did an experiment!

So, what we did was we had to find out what the ‘mystery powder’ was. we did a couple experiments with Epson salt, flour and baking soda. We tested how each one reacted to water and then we saw how vitamin c and the Epson salt reacted in water, WITH cabbage powder. (And let me tell you, that STINKED.) After, we did the same thing, just with the baking soda. With the Epson salt, it just became red. with the baking soda, it rose up high, but then deflated when it reached the top. so after that, we mixed the vitamin c, the MYSTERY powder, water and the cabbage powder together. it did what the baking soda did, so we were like “oh, it’s the baking soda!” but then, the scientist said we weren’t sure. we were all kind of confused, but then she said, “Let’s see how it will react in the water.” so we put the mystery powder in the water. It was weird, because it did what the flower did. So, we concluded that it was a mix of baking soda and flour!

So that was scientists in online school.

Hello! Shalom!

So in Hebrew class my favorite thing was when we made hot chocolate.

It was really fun. We were all in our kitchens and the teachers were telling us what to do. I already knew how to make hot chocolate, but there technique was different. It was a little bit better, actually. 😂😋

זה היה ממש כיף. כולנו היינו במטבחים שלנו והמורים אמרו לנו מה לעשות. כבר ידעתי להכין שוקולד חם, אבל שם הטכניקה הייתה שונה. זה היה קצת יותר טוב, בעצם. 😂😋

Ok. so first of all, there is the type of kids who just shout out, don’t really listen,

and according to the school, “Super important.” On the other hand, there is the type of kids that are super quite, never speak, no one really notices them, and teachers sometimes forget to give them the worksheets. Of course every kid has there own personality, and I would describe myself as the second one stated. In most schools there is the “popular kid” or the “cool kid” and they would be the ones people want to hang out with at recess, lunch and even sit beside them in class. Those kids will usually have their own little group, though. Then there are the little “besties.” they would pass notes in class, share EVERYTHING together, and sometimes dress the same ways. There is also the bully, and the friend that does everything like them. Like I mean COPY EVERY WORD THEY SAY.

Wearing a mask is uncomfortable, because it is something always covering your face.

My experience of wearing a mask is sometimes i see people not wearing a mask, and once i was just walking in my neighborhood, so i didn’t wear a mask, and my brothers friend came up super close to me so i’m like  woah…back off.

I agree with Dr Klitzman when he stated “Masks can be uncomfortable and hot.”

I am usually very hot in them, because it is like a scarf wrapped around your neck.

I disagree with Dr Klitzman when he said “they can hide facial expressions.”I disagree because we can see facial expressions with the eyes and eyebrows. And wearing a mask is a small sacrifice for our safety.

So my final opinion on wearing masks is, it can be uncomfortable, but I wear it for other people’s safety.
